ABOUT PILATES KINETICS

Pilates Kinetics is a classical Pilates studio that stays true to the exercises that Joseph Pilates invented. Conveniently located in the residential area of Alexandra Road, the studio is well-lit with natural light and situated on a high floor, providing a private and serene setting for a great workout. 

The studio is fully equipped with new high-quality apparatus from Gratz Industries, the original manufacturer of Pilates equipment. I offer private sessions as well as group mat classes.

Shower facilities are available onsite.
