Each session is 60 minutes long, where an instructor guides you through a series of Classical Pilates exercises tailored to your body type and condition.

In the trial session, you will get to work on Pilates apparatus such as The Reformer and/or The Cadillac and other apparatus. Your instructors will introduce you to Classical Pilates exercises suitable for your body and geared towards your fitness goals.
Be ready to experience Classical Pilates exercises such as The Footwork, The Hundred, Leg Circles, and Knee Stretches.
DUO 2-1 SESSIONS
1 INSTRUCTOR TO 2 CLIENTS
Workouts are more fun with your friends, partner or family. Motivate each other to get moving, challenge one another to better fitness while spending time together!
One instructor will be paired with you and your workout partner, providing the same quality, bespoke workout in a 60-minute session.
